My story

It was only after going through the menopause, caring for my father and leaving my full-time job that I realised how little prepared I was for the many challenges of midlife. My health and sense of identity suffered, but positive habit by positive habit, I found my path to a happier, healthier version of myself. Now, I help others navigate their health at this chaotic time, as well as those stuck feeling less than their best at any stage of life. That's why I set up alybhealthcoach.co.uk.
